Traditionally, we have only been able to provide financial assistance to our customers who pay their bills directly to us, which is limited to families living in single-family homes, versus families living in places where multiple families all share the same water meter. Through an innovative partnership with Home Forward, we are now able to offer up to $500 in assistance to customers living in multi-family dwellings who are at risk of eviction. These vouchers are available once every 12 months, and are administered through Home Forward. In order to receive a voucher, tenants must be 60% MFI or below.
